The latest big changes include: The three presidents of the EU Commission have officially signed an agreement on the COVID-19 EU Digital COVID Certificate ( EUDCC ). The EUDCC will enter regulation on 1 July and is currently being trialled in several countries. An increase of six member states, now totaling thirteen, have connected to the certificate gateway that will allow safe travel within the EU. New additions include Austria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, and Spain.
